Every new business gets 14 days of Pro free. No card needed: when the trial ends you move to Free by yourself, and you keep every order. Card processing by Stripe (typically 2.9% + 30¢) is separate and paid to Stripe.
Questions
- Do customers need an app or an account?
- No. They open your link, order and pay. They can sign in with a code later to see their orders.
- How do I get paid?
- Payments go straight to your bank through your own Stripe account. Tagura never holds your money.
- Can I use my own website?
- Yes. Add an “Order online” button or embed your ordering page with one line of code. Pro and Premier add your own domain.
- What if I already take orders by text and DM?
- Keep doing it. Connect Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or your email and every message lands in one inbox, where Tagura turns it into an order for you to check.
- Can I leave anytime?
- Yes. Export everything as spreadsheets at any time. No contracts.
